How do you communicate with Business analyst and other people?
All the official communication happens through mails and inside a project all communication is by microsoft teams
What’s your preferred project management methodology?
Basically there is no specific method.
It depends on clients for whom the work is being done.Overall Agile is something that has been followed
and it's working perfectly well.
What software do you use to manage projects?
There is no specific software used. Everything is done manually using excels. Files are shared through mail or teams. Sometimes software is provided by the client.
